Tarrant County is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive oil and gas mineral asset management services for county-owned properties. - Government Buyer: - Tarrant County Purchasing Department - Contracting office located at 100 E Weatherford St, Suite 303, Fort Worth, TX 76196-0103 - Services Requested: - Full management of oil and gas mineral assets on or beneath county-owned properties - Key tasks include: - Assignment of a qualified portfolio project manager - Development of strategic leasing plans - Review and update of lease documents - Evaluation and negotiation of bids from oil and gas companies - Processing of oil and gas revenues - Preparation of quarterly and progress reports - Environmental monitoring (surface restoration, well plugging) - Representation at public meetings - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must demonstrate experience in similar mineral asset management projects - Management plan and capability to handle all aspects of mineral asset management required - Compliance with Tarrant County and Texas laws - Insurance coverage required - Diversity certifications encouraged - Participation in a pre-proposal conference is strongly encouraged - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are named in the solicitation - The contract is for 12 months, with two optional 12-month renewal periods

Description

Tarrant County is seeking to select the most qualified vendor for the overall management of the County's oil and gas mineral assets located on or beneath County-owned properties. The contract awarded will be for twelve months with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. The selected firm will provide comprehensive professional services including strategic leasing plans, lease document review, bid evaluation, lease negotiation, revenue processing, reporting, environmental monitoring, and representation at public meetings. The County will provide access to data and a project liaison for coordination.
