Description

Tarrant County is seeking to select the most qualified vendor for the overall management of the County's oil and gas mineral assets located on or beneath County-owned properties. The contract awarded will be for twelve months with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. The selected firm will provide comprehensive professional services including strategic leasing plans, lease document review, bid evaluation, lease negotiation, revenue processing, reporting, environmental monitoring, and representation at public meetings. The County will provide access to data and a project liaison for coordination.
