This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for paving and related work at Little River Park located at 301 Little River Park Way, Rougemont, NC. The scope includes paving, incidental milling, removing asphalt and tree roots, pouring ADA concrete parking spaces, removing and replacing wooden wheel bump stops, installing truncated domes, installing drainage pipe, laying gravel, installing speed tables, and parking lot restriping. Bidders must comply with North Carolina licensing laws for contractors and submit bids by May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with NCDOT specifications.
