Description

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (WSSC Water), is soliciting sealed responses for Building Operations and Maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Support Center and Consolidated Lab facilities, with potential additional work at other WSSC Water-owned facilities on a task order basis. Work includes trash removal, landscape and grounds maintenance, fire extinguisher servicing, pest management, rug cleaning, indoor plant maintenance, geese control, limited maintenance tasks, and window cleaning. The contract is firm fixed-price with additional services on a task order basis, and the duration is one year with options for four additional one-year extensions.
