Description

Taylor County, Texas is soliciting sealed proposals for Group Medical and Related Insurance Benefits including Group Medical Insurance, Ancillary Lines such as Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and a COBRA Administration program. The contract period is from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. Insurance carriers must have an A.M. Best rating of "A" or better, pay claims for at least 5,000 employee lives in Texas, and demonstrate the ability to process 90% of clean claims within 10 working days. Proposals must be submitted by June 18, 2026, and include one paper copy and seven copies on thumb drives or eight paper copies total.
