This solicitation is for in-home safety observation and support services for families involved with Child Protective Services (CPS) who have an established Protective Plan/In-Home Safety Plan or case plan. The services are trauma-informed, time-sensitive, and primarily delivered after-hours and on weekends. The contract term is one year with options to renew for four additional years. The project anticipates purchasing approximately 350 units of service in 2027 and is funded through Targeted Safety Support Funds and Promoting Safe and Stable Families funds.
