Mendocino County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is seeking a Professional Engineering Design firm to provide civil engineering and environmental clearance (CEQA and NEPA) for a federally funded Active Transportation Program (ATP) Safe Routes to School project. The project aims to increase pedestrian and bicyclist safety, calm traffic, and improve accessibility of school routes by installing sidewalks, curbs, gutters, crosswalks, bike lanes, and other infrastructure along Howard Street, CR 334D, Airport Road, CR 337B, and Foothill Boulevard, CR 337A, in Covelo, CA.
