The project aims to increase pedestrian and bicyclist safety, calm traffic, and improve accessibility of school routes by installing sidewalks, curbs, gutters, crosswalks, bike lanes, and other infrastructure along Howard Street, CR 334D, Airport Road, CR 337B, and Foothill Boulevard, CR 337A, in Covelo, CA.
