The City of Pasadena’s Human Resources Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support and enhance recruitment and hiring processes. The system must offer improved functionality, user experience, and seamless integration with existing systems, such as background checks, and be delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
