Description
The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for the removal of the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing Membrane, replacement of damaged insulation, installation of a ½" protection board over the insulation, and installation of a new TPO Roofing Membrane System at the Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility located at 15705 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, NE. The project covers the entire roofs of both the administration and operations buildings. Bidders must be qualified and comply with certification and licensing requirements, including a "Class A or B" City of Bellevue General Contractor's License.
