Description

This solicitation is for the installation of stormwater improvements and asphalt placement to reduce flooding within the right-of-way on portions of North Atlantic Drive north of Ocean Blvd, SE Atlantic Drive, Beach Curve Road, and Barefoot Lane in Lantana, Florida. The project will be completed in phases, with work on the south portion during the "season" and work on the north portion during the "off-season" (summer). A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on October 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Town of Lantana Council Chambers. The bid opening is scheduled for October 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM, and electronic plan files are to be uploaded for bidding.
