The Birdville Independent School District intends to select a Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMaR) firm(s) through a two-step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. The procurement is for the construction of the 2026 Bond Projects as well as non-bond related construction, renovation, and maintenance. The district reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all CMAR RFQ submittals. The process includes interviews and a step 2 proposal submission from shortlisted firms.
