Description
Lancaster ISD is seeking qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering services for the design, planning, and development of various district projects. These projects include districtwide facility upgrades, instructional technology upgrades, renovations to the indoor practice facility, and improvements to stadiums. The scope includes site evaluation, schematic design, construction documents, engineering disciplines, permitting, cost estimating, bidding, construction administration, and coordination with local agencies. Firms must comply with local, state, and federal codes and be registered/licensed in Texas. The district may add future projects under the same agreement and may enter into a non-exclusive contract.
