Description

The 633d Contracting Squadron issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on 6 May 2026 for Paving Construction Services for complete maintenance of all paved surfaces at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. Key tasks include excavation and surface preparation; asphalt and concrete work (including base course, overlays, and pothole repairs); sealing and striping of pavements; repair of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters; airfield-specific maintenance (such as slab, spall, and box drain repairs); flight line snow removal for severe snow events beyond the response capacity of the existing BPAs. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 19.104-1 using sealed bidding procedures. The requirement will result in the award of one (1) firm-fixed price Single Award IDIQ contract comprised of a 5-year ordering period and 2 each 1-yeat options with an overall program ceiling capacity of $132,667,510.
