The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide information to supply all material, labor and supervision necessary to design, replace and provide commissioning services of one (1) hydraulic fluid cooling tower currently located outside the building 19 B-Bay pump room. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this RFI notice. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required support services to meet the NSWCCD requirements. NSWCCD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to lina.k.bazensky.civ@us.navy.mil by 10:00AM ET, 29 May 2026. Responses shall list N00167-26-SIMACQ-CD-65-0046 in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted. This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes.
