Description

This solicitation is for a contract to perform complete landscape maintenance and improvements within the Mira Mesa Maintenance Assessment District (MAD). The scope includes irrigation, pruning, shaping and training of trees, shrubs, turf, and groundcover plants; fertilization; litter control; weed control; pest and disease control; mowing; edging; renovation and aeration; sweeping; and all other maintenance necessary to keep the contract sites safe, attractive, and usable. The contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options.
