Description

This solicitation is for landscape maintenance services within the Black Mountain Ranch South Maintenance Assessment District (MAD). The contractor will be responsible for complete landscape maintenance and improvements including irrigation, pruning, fertilization, litter and weed control, mowing, edging, renovation, aeration, sweeping, and pest control to maintain the contract sites in a safe and attractive condition. The contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids portal by the closing date, with possible requirements for original hard copies if electronic signatures are not included.
