Description

This solicitation is for landscape maintenance services within the Calle Cristobal Maintenance Assessment District (MAD). The contractor will be responsible for complete landscape maintenance and improvements including irrigation, pruning, shaping and training of trees, shrubs, turf, and groundcover plants; fertilization; litter control; weed control; pest and disease control; mowing; edging; renovation and aeration; sweeping; and all other maintenance necessary to keep the contract sites safe, attractive, and in good horticultural condition. The contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids portal by the closing date, with possible requirements for original hard copies if electronic submissions lack authorized electronic signatures.
