The Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive hosted information technology and support services for its operations. - Government Buyer: - Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County (ELC), Florida - Key OEMs: - Microsoft (for Microsoft 365, Office 365, security, and cloud services) - 3CX (for VOIP phone system) - SonicWall (for firewall security appliances) - Products and Services Requested: - Microsoft 365 Business Premium Non-Profit Licenses for up to 50 users - Microsoft Office 365 Cloud backup with unlimited storage - Anti-spam and URL filtering for up to 50 users - Cybersecurity training for users - IT support and troubleshooting services - Enhanced managed workstation security (including endpoint detection and response, identity threat detection, antivirus, advanced email threat protection, security patch management, remote desktop support, multi-factor authentication, 24/7 cloud MDR SOC/SIEM log ingestion, secure password management) - VOIP phone system support and coordination with current 3CX provider - Email management for 60 mailboxes (MS Exchange), including shared mailboxes, public calendar/folder management, antivirus/antimalware/antispam, email archiving (5-year retention), and admin access - Data backup and disaster recovery (daily incremental backups, 5-year retention, 24-hour data accessibility post-disaster, geographically distinct backup centers, monthly backup testing) - Desktop support (software installation, patch management, endpoint protection, admin access for remote capabilities) - Help desk support (normal business hours, automated ticketing portal) - Firewall security upgrade (SonicWall TZ72 Network Security Appliances) - Notable Requirements: - Fixed fee per user/data usage pricing - Contract term: 3 years with two possible renewals - Support for approximately 50 full-time staff and 60 mailbox users - Coordination with existing 3CX VOIP provider - Data backup and disaster recovery must ensure rapid recovery and geographic redundancy - Enhanced security and compliance for all IT systems

Description

The Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County is soliciting proposals for hosted information technology and support services. The scope includes labor and tools for Microsoft Office 365 Cloud backup with unlimited storage, Microsoft 365 Business Premium Non-Profit Licenses for up to 50 users, anti-spam/URL filtering for up to 50 users, cyber security training, IT support and troubleshooting, and enhanced managed workstation security. The contractor will also provide managed IT services such as endpoint detection and response, identity threat detection, antivirus, advanced email threat protection, security patch management, remote desktop support, multi-factor authentication, and secure password management. Coordination with the current VOIP phone system provider is required. The contract term is from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, with two possible renewals.
