Key Objectives:
Provide an introduction to the OZ tax incentive. Learn about the new OZ 2.0 permanent tax program and the existing OZ 1.0 program. Understand how Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOF) are used for projects and businesses (start-up and expansion) and hear about examples of QOF investing in both. Uncover how HUD and SBA grants and programs can complement QOF in OZ.
