Description
The City of Merced Public Works Department is soliciting proposals for landscape maintenance services at identified Community Facilities Districts (CFD). The selected vendor(s) will perform tasks including maintenance, inspection, repairs, and winterization of irrigation systems; weed control; disease and pest control; pruning; litter removal; fertilization; replacement of plant material; turf and groundcover maintenance; traffic control setup; and dust control maintenance. The contract term is 24 months starting July 1, 2026, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. A mandatory job walk is scheduled for May 14, 2026, and proposals are due by May 29, 2026.
