The Hawaii State Department of Health, Family Health Services Division, is seeking a community-based organization to provide peer-to-peer support services for families with young children impacted by substance use and child welfare involvement in the Oahu Served Region (non-MUA/P). The services focus on relationship-building, engagement, navigation, and practical assistance to complement existing treatment and case management services. The vendor must have experience in peer-to-peer support models, knowledge of community-based service delivery, and the capacity to manage program operations. The contract period is from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with a total compensation not to exceed $79,559.
