Effingham County Water/Sewer Department is seeking quotations for the replacement of an existing generator at its Water Wastewater Treatment Plant: - Procurement of one (1) 800 kW natural gas-powered standby generator - Must be 277/480 volt, 3 phase, and include an automatic transfer switch, weather protective enclosure, and coolant heater - Generator must be new, never titled, and standby rated - Acceptable OEMs: Cummins, Caterpillar, or approved equals - Scope of work includes: - Demolition and removal of the existing diesel generator - Installation of the new generator, including all wiring and gas line installation - Provision of warranty, technical data, certifications, drawings, and repair locations - Delivery, installation, and submission of closeout documents (O&M manual, test report, warranty) - Vendors must specify delivery time and warranty options in their quotes - Multiple vendors may be selected; all bids must be submitted via the County’s eProcurement Portal
