Description

The City of Regina is seeking a qualified contractor to provide renovation and construction services for Fire Station 1 located at 2585 13th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan. The scope of work includes emergency generator replacement, condensing unit replacement, boilers and water heater replacement, air handling unit replacement, air louver, ductwork and motorized damper installation, fire alarm replacement, lighting LED and controls upgrade, BMS system installation, gear dryer installation, and fire stopping among other tasks. The work is to be completed by December 31, 2026. A pre-submission meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026, and proposals are due by June 2, 2026.
