City of Goodyear General Civil Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services Solicitation

The City of Goodyear is seeking multiple Job Order Contractors to provide a wide range of general civil construction and infrastructure services within city limits. - Up to five master contracts may be awarded for Job Order Contracting (JOC) services - Scope includes: - Civil site improvements (parks, playgrounds, landscaping) - Earthwork, grading, drainage, and storm drain systems - Water, sewer, electrical, fiber, and other underground utility/infrastructure work - Electrical service and lighting - Concrete paving, flatwork, roadway improvements, asphalt overlay, and pavement rehabilitation - Signage, striping, traffic control, and traffic signals - Construction of walls, retaining walls, fences, and gates - ADA retrofit work - Landscaping and hardscape elements - Each job order will be negotiated with a not-to-exceed guaranteed maximum price - No individual job order may exceed $5,000,000 - Annual contract limit is $15,000,000, subject to budget availability - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Notable requirements: - Potential for multiple awards - Master contract term of three years, with two one-year extension options - Use of a JOC Master Agreement

The City of Goodyear is seeking qualified Job Order Contractors to provide Job Order Contracting services for general civil work. The contract term is three years with two one-year extensions, and up to five contractors may be awarded. Work includes civil site improvements, earthwork, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, electrical service, concrete paving, roadway improvements, signage, traffic control, walls, ADA retrofit, and landscaping within City limits.
