This solicitation is a Request for Quotation for the printing and mailing of the 2026 Primary Sample Ballot for Washington County, Maryland. The project involves printing 102,000 sample ballot mailers in 8 different ballot styles, each 7-8 pages, to be mailed to every eligible registered voter in the county. The mailers will include voter-specific information such as voter ID, name, address, ballot style, and election day polling place. The successful vendor will receive data files from the Election Board and must mail the first file by June 1, 2026, and the final file by June 4, 2026. There are no bond requirements for this project.
