The Ronald Lake Buffalo Herd Cooperative Management Board, established in 2019, advises the Minister of Environment and Protected Areas on the sustainability of the Ronald Lake Bison Herd, incorporating Indigenous Knowledge and Western Science. This RFP seeks a facilitator to organize meetings, guide discussions, resolve conflicts, and maintain focus on common goals for the Board and its Indigenous Knowledge Committee. Stakeholders include seven Indigenous communities and organizations, industry stakeholders, environmental NGOs, and provincial and federal agencies. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
