The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Police Service, is seeking proposals for a commercial, off-the-shelf, cloud-based Blockchain Tracing Software Solution to support law enforcement investigations involving cryptocurrency and digital assets. The solution must enable enhanced tracing, analysis, and visualization of blockchain transactions to support criminal investigations, intelligence development, and evidentiary analysis. The work is divided into two schedules: Schedule A for investigation services and Schedule B for validation services, each delivered across three phases: proof of concept, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support.
