Description

The work includes a one-time full recommissioning of the existing BMCS with system point-to-point verification, network and wiring verification, documented reporting, and installation of software. Additionally, ongoing preventative maintenance services will be provided quarterly over five years, including network functionality tests, software updates, sequence testing of heating/cooling systems, sensor verification, and reporting of operator issues.
