Description

The Calgary Public Library is requesting proposals for certification from highly qualified flooring contractors with expertise in providing full service, comprehensive, professional and environmentally responsible services for small to medium size flooring construction and renovation work. The services provided shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and Statement of Work set forth herein. The certification term is three years with options to renew for two additional one-year terms. Pricing must remain firm for the first twelve months, with any increases for years two and three to be provided. The contract will commence on July 7, 2026, and end on July 6, 2029.
