The County of Newell is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the design, supply, and installation of a grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the County of Newell Administration and Shop facility complex. The project aims to reduce operational costs, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and comply with the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre funding program requirements. Qualified contractors must be members in good standing with Solar Alberta or Can REA, or have a senior project team member who is a member of APEGA with relevant experience.
