Description

The Agency is seeking a qualified Vendor to support a process-improvement initiative aimed at optimizing staff capacity, accuracy, and efficiency through the effective use of Region-approved AI tools. The Vendor will collaborate with Development Services to validate current workflow improvements, design and refine AI prompts, integrate AI-enabled processes into existing workflows, and train staff to independently operate and maintain these tools.
