Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof from India are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation covers freight rail couplers composed of knuckles and coupler bodies, including specific parts such as E and F coupler bodies and knuckles. The period of investigation is from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination, and the final determination has been postponed with provisional measures extended.
