Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that Suncity Metals & Tubes Private Ltd. made sales of welded stainless pressure pipe from India at less than normal value in the United States during the period of review from November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to certain companies including Jindal Saw, Prakash Steelage, Seth Steelage, and Ratnamani. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review is part of antidumping investigations and administrative reviews.
