Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that Teh Fong Min International Co., Ltd. (TFM), the sole producer and/or exporter subject to this review, sold stilbenic optical brightening agents in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. The review includes analysis of comments and adjustments to margin calculations. The final weighted-average dumping margin for TFM is determined to be 7.61 percent. Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties accordingly and has set cash deposit requirements effective upon publication.
