Description

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is revising the Customs Declaration form (CBP Form 6059B) as part of its information collection activities. This form is used to report the identity and residence of each person arriving in the United States and to declare imported articles to CBP. The revision includes expansion of the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) program to additional traveler categories and integration with mobile applications to streamline the customs declaration process.
