The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking to extend the approval for the collection of user fees through CBP Forms 339A, 339C, and 339V. These forms are used for payment or prepayment of annual user fees for private aircraft, commercial vehicles, and private vessels respectively. The collection supports the administration of fees authorized by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) and includes quarterly reporting and refund requests related to express consignment carrier facilities. Public comments are invited until June 5, 2026.
