The FBI's Operational Technology Division is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the repair and upgrade of legacy Motorola land mobile radio (LMR) equipment used across all 56 FBI field offices. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Operational Technology Division - OEM Highlight: - Motorola Solutions, Inc. is the sole OEM for all equipment covered under this procurement - Products/Services Requested: - Repair and upgrade services for a range of Motorola LMR equipment, including: - Astro Spectra Plus Mobile Radio - XTS 5000 Portable Radio - XTL 5000 Desktop and Mobile Radios - APX 7000 Portable Radio - APX 7500 Mobile Radio - Quantar Station Control Module, Wireline Module, and Power Supply - Astro Tac Receiver - Astro 3000 Comparator - Quantro 350W Power Supply - Centracom Power Supply - Services include firmware updates, hardware replacements, calibrations, and warranty service - All repairs must be performed by Motorola-certified technicians at depot-level facilities - 90-day parts and labor warranty required on all repairs - Repairs must be completed within 5 business days or standby equipment provided - Monthly and bi-weekly status reports required - Firm fixed pricing, FOB destination, and tax exclusion - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Motorola-certified technicians may perform repairs - Standby equipment must be provided if repairs exceed 5 business days - Coverage includes multiple generations and proprietary hybrid/specialty components - Services support mission-critical radio communications for all FBI field offices - Period of Performance: - One base year with four one-year option periods (up to five years total)

Description

Request the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement Contract for one Base Year and four one-year option periods for repairs and upgrades to the FBI’s land mobile radio (LMR) legacy equipment currently used in all of its 56 field offices.  The LMR equipment is manufactured by Motorola Solutions, Inc., and spans several model generations.  FBI radio communications consist of hybrid and specialty components proprietary to Motorola required to communicate with the LMR infrastructure.  

The vendor will repair and upgrade the FBI’s legacy radio equipment spanning several generations to include but is not limited to: Astro Spectra Plus Mobile Radio, XTS 5000 Portable Radio, XTL 5000 Desktop Radio, XTL 5000 Mobile Radio, APX 7000 Portable Radio, APX 7500 Mobile Radio, Quantar Station Control Module, Quantar Wireline Module, Quantar Power Supply, Astro Tac Receiver, Astro 3000 Comparator, Quantro 350W Power Supply, and Centracom Power Supply.
