This notice announces the filing and immediate effectiveness of amendments to the Consolidated Tape Association (CTA) Plan and the Restated Consolidated Quotation (CQ) Plan. The amendments include changing the name of Nasdaq BX, Inc. to Nasdaq Texas, Inc. and adding the Texas Stock Exchange LLC as a new participant to the plans. The amendments are ministerial and concern only the administration of the plans, becoming effective upon filing.
