Description
This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Michigan (FEMA-4880-DR), dated July 22, 2025, and related determinations. The amendment includes assistance for utilities among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President. The affected counties include Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Kalkaska, Mackinac, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego, and Presque Isle, as well as the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians. Assistance is provided under the Public Assistance program for emergency work and permanent work in specified categories.
