The regulation prohibits persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Maryland-National Capital Region, or a designated representative. The regulated area covers all navigable waters of the Bush River and Otter Point Creek, shoreline to shoreline, with specific geographic boundaries. Enforcement will occur from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days of the event.
