Description
This notice announces the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of North Dakota (FEMA-4895-DR), dated October 22, 2025. The disaster declaration is due to severe storms, straight-line winds, and tornadoes occurring from August 7 to August 8, 2025. The declaration authorizes Federal assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to support affected areas. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is the responsible agency for coordinating the disaster response and assistance.
