Description
The Coast Guard will enforce safety zones for 4th of July firework displays in the Captain of the Port Duluth Zone on July 4, 2026. The enforcement covers four specific events in Ashland, Bayfield, Duluth, and LaPointe, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Vessel operators in the regulated areas must comply with directions from the Patrol Commander or any Official Patrol displaying a Coast Guard ensign during enforcement periods.
