Description

The New England Fishery Management Council is scheduling a webinar of its Risk Policy Working Group to consider actions affecting New England fisheries in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ). The group will finalize recommended updates to the Risk Policy Concept document and appendices, consider the use of the Risk Policy in 2026, and prepare for a Council weightings exercise. Recommendations from this group will be brought to the full Council for formal consideration and action if appropriate. The webinar will be held on June 3, 2026, at 1 p.m. EDT, and registration is required.
