Description
This notice announces the postponement of the preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty investigations concerning large diameter graphite electrodes imported from China and India. The Department of Commerce has determined that the investigations are extraordinarily complicated and that additional time is necessary to make a preliminary determination. The deadline for the preliminary determinations is postponed to July 24, 2026. The final determinations deadline remains 75 days after the preliminary determinations.
