Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof from the Czech Republic are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation period is from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The scope includes freight rail couplers composed of knuckles and coupler bodies, as well as certain parts when imported individually or in assemblies. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination, and the final determination is postponed with an extension of provisional measures.
