The City of Bakersfield Water Department is seeking to qualify one or more firms to provide construction management and inspection services for water and wastewater projects on a project-to-project basis. The scope includes management tasks such as scheduling, budget oversight, coordination of submittals and RFIs, and acting as the point of contact between the City, contractors, and engineers. The City reserves the right to select one or multiple qualified applicants depending on the project requirements.
