Description

This solicitation is for the removal of existing underground storage tank (UST) fuel tanks and the installation of new UST fuel tanks, fueling cabinets, piping, components, site work, concrete pavement, electrical work, and restoration at the South St Paul Municipal Airport. Bids will be received electronically and must comply with the bidding documents prepared by SEH dated May 5, 2026. The project is subject to minimum wages and labor standards as per local and federal regulations. The City of South Saint Paul reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in its best interest.
