Description

The solicitation requires a contractor to provide a person search product with minimum equivalency to one of three public information products used by the Department: Lexis Nexis (Accurint), TransUnion (TLOxp), or Thomas Reuters (CLEAR). The product must be available at least 96% of the time during normal business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MST, seven days a week including holidays. Searches will be conducted by Department employees.
