Description

NEOMED is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for university-owned and managed facilities. The contractor will supply all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to maintain facilities in a clean, sanitary, safe, and professional condition supporting academic, research, residential, and administrative missions. The scope includes maintaining university facilities in a professional and sanitary condition. A campus tour is scheduled to familiarize prospective bidders with the facilities and sample cleaning checklists will be provided.
