Description
The City of Lynwood is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive management and operational support services for the City's water distribution system and sanitary sewer collection system. The selected consultant will manage and support the operation of the water and sewer systems, provide professional services for the City's Capital Improvement Program including construction and project management, administer the Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program, and supply certified personnel as needed during emergencies or staffing shortages. The initial contract term is one year with possible extensions. Proposals are due by June 4, 2026, and must be submitted electronically.
