Description

The Port of Portland is seeking lobbying services through a Request for Proposal (RFP) to represent the Port before the Oregon State Legislature, the Governor’s office, and executive branch agencies. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will collaborate with the Port’s State Government Affairs Manager to identify and refine lobbying needs, goals, objectives, and priorities. The procurement is cooperative and piggybacking is not allowed. Electronic bid responses are accepted with a response due date of May 26, 2026.
